Our Mission
Our mission is simple, to provide a place online to help people find ways to improve or enhance the quality of their lives through the arts, nature, movement, food and inspired ideas. Our online platforms offer free information and resources on a verity of subjects from personal self-defense to organic farming to child development to artists, authors and innovators interviews, playlists and much more. Our online shop and online services give us the opportunity to bring life-enriching products and experiences to a global market.
In the Flow Studios also brings artists and their mediums together to help raise funds and awareness for worthy causes and charities. We share information and application of traditional, alternative and natural medicines and modalities. In the Flow Studios provides a place online to help reconnect us with our bodies, muse the artist within and to help bring us back to our natural flow.

Being "In the Flow"
There is a natural rhythm to life, it pulses throughout all living things. In modern society, however, many of us are challenged by external and internal stressors, making it difficult to stay "in the flow" with our natural rhythms. Being "in tune" with our energetic flow is necessary for our physical, emotional, mental and creative well-being. Physical vitality, balance and wonder are crucial components in promoting a purposeful and fulfilling experience of life.
Each of us has unique talents to bring forth to the world but physical illness, lack of inspiration and/or emotional challenges can make us feel hopeless. Without physical vitality and new creative ideas our energy becomes stagnant; we lose our drive to fulfill our dreams and forget how to enjoy the art of living. At In the Flow Studios, we believe that through artistic and physical expression, we can regain our spark for life. “It’s not the years in our lives but the life in our years” that determines our quality of life.

We have built a one-stop online experience for enrichment, education, inspiration and innovation. We offer group and private live-streaming classes and workshops in a variety of subjects: Sound Baths, Chakras, Meditation, Mindful Martial Arts, Empowerment, Filipino Martial Arts and more.
We are home to ITFS Bookshelf, In the Flow Grow, Aurora's Women's Empowerment, ITFS Martial Arts, Sound of Zero Music, Mana Keepers Boutique, Hip Hop Martial Arts®, Dewdrop Images, ITFS Legacy Library and ITFS Artist Friends. We host special guests and master teachers to share their knowledge of visual, performing, written, cultural, holistic and martial arts.
