The ITFS is building a Legacy Library dedicated to empowering the next generation with knowledge and inspiration while honoring those that came before. The library consists of online interviews hosted on our YouTube Channel and ITFS Blog making it accessible to worldwide audiences for free.
Our goals is to create a place to save and share the wisdom, history and experiences of those that have made important contributions in their fields as well as highlight the people and organizations that are bringing new perspectives, innovation and growth.
We share personal stories and firsthand accounts on a variety of topics like: Martial Arts, Dance/Choreography, Authors, Visual Arts/Filmmakers, Music, Culture, Body/Balance, Nature Warriors/Sustainability, Heroes for Humanity and Elders Library (Wisdom Keepers).
“How can we know who we are and where we are going if we don't know anything about where we have come from and what we have been through, the courage shown, the costs paid, to be where we are?”
― David McCullough, Brave Companions: Portraits in History

The loss of an elder not only impacts her/his family and friends, it impacts the community as his/her stories and firsthand accounts of cultural history are lost as well. Our Elders Library is open to any and all seniors to document and share their stories, language, firsthand accounts, dances, recipes, music, art and/or cultural history. If you are a senior and would like to contribute to the ITFS Elders Library please email us.
